Ellen Busch
Ellen Busch is a resilient survivor, author, and advocate who has rewritten her life story against all odds. Diagnosed with dyslexia early on, she faced academic and workplace challenges but refused to be defined by them. With perseverance and strength, she earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
After escaping an abusive marriage and losing both parents unexpectedly, Ellen began a journey of deep healing. Through therapy, coaching, and elite-level training with Navy SEALs, she rebuilt her confidence and reclaimed her purpose.
Her book, (dis)Empowered, shares her powerful story of survival and transformation, offering hope to others facing trauma and adversity.
Now based in Colorado, Ellen continues to live boldly—embracing adventure, self-growth, and inspiring others to break free from limitations and live with purpose.
