Anna Astwood

Anna Astwood is the co-founder and co-president of Love Doesn’t Hurt Inc., a nonprofit focused on teen relationship education. With over 11 years as a high school counsellor, Anna holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counsellor Education. A survivor of sexual assault and teen dating violence, Anna turned her pain into purpose. Through her advocacy and her organization, she empowers adolescents to understand healthy love, set boundaries, and seek support. Her story is one of courage, resilience, and the power of speaking out.
